Why RVs Require Dedicated Monitoring

Protect your recreational investment. Regular visual inspections, system checks, and seasonal peace of mind—whether you are away or storing your RV for the off-season.

Why RVs Require Dedicated Monitoring

Recreational vehicles and trailers are far more vulnerable than traditional homes. Vancouver Island’s heavy winter rainfall, shifting temperatures, extended periods of sitting idle, and subtle seal degradation can quickly turn a minor leak or dead battery into a costly repair.

Our RV Watch service is designed to keep your rig dry, secure, and ready for your next adventure—365 days a year.

Every visit includes a thorough visual check followed by a detailed digital report with photos sent directly to your email.

What’s Included in Our RV Inspection Checklist
📑 Exterior Visual Inspection

• Roof & Seals: Visual check of roof membranes, seams, lap sealants, vents, and skylights for debris, cracks, or early signs of water pooling.

• Tires & Chassis: Visual inspection of tire condition, pressure inflation, uneven sinking, and general clearance.

• Slide-Outs & Awnings: Inspection of slide-out seals, toppers, and awnings to ensure they remain secure and free of trapped water or debris.

• Pest & Intrusion Control: Checking outer seams, wheel wells, and undercarriage for signs of rodents, insects, or unauthorized entry attempts.

• Hitch & Storage Locks: Verifying that all external storage bays, hitch locks, and coupler locks remain secure.

⚙️ Interior & Systems Checks

• Moisture & Condensation: Interior checks for musty odors, humidity build-up, ceiling spots, or water ingress around windows and corners.

• Power & Batteries: Checking battery charge status (12V house batteries), solar panel clearance, and shore power connections (if connected).

• Plumbing & Holding Tanks: Inspecting under-sink plumbing and monitoring holding tanks for leaks, freezing risks, or odor build-up.

• Safety Monitors: Verifying that smoke, propane (LPG), and carbon monoxide alarms are functional.

➕ Additional Services

• Pre-Trip Prep: Turning on the refrigerator 24 hours prior to departure, topping up tire pressure, and airing out the cabin.

• Winterization & Dewinterization Assist: Helping prepare systems for winter storage or getting everything flushed and ready for spring.

• Service & Delivery Keyholding: Meeting mobile mechanics, detailers, or transport services on-site so you don't have to take time off work.
