After years of managing local properties, we saw how difficult it was for homeowners to find simple, honest help. While long term rentals are covered by traditional property managers, vacation homeowners, winter travelers, and people who leave their homes empty for a few weeks still need someone reliable to check locks, look for leaks, and keep insurance requirements satisfied.

Traveling around Vancouver Island revealed the same problem in RV parks and campgrounds. Many RV owners leave their rigs parked for the season but live hours away. Storms, winter weather, leaks, dead batteries, and pests create constant worry—and driving all the way back just to inspect the RV can take an entire day.
